Every task carries an owner, a due date and a color. Reminders escalate on a fixed ladder — 48 hours, 24 hours, due, then +1, +3 and +7 days — and are deduplicated so nobody is nagged twice. Weekly snapshots show who is on time.

Funding sources, mechanisms, deadlines and awards in one linked design. Activate an opportunity and AMDana copies the catalogue fields, computes readiness, seeds milestones and tasks, and records the activity — atomically.
